2017 award

In 2014, 2015 and 2017 our sister company Ginger Nut Media were placed in The City & Guilds Top 100 Apprenticeships Employers. We are very proud to be listed alongside names such as ITV, Santander, and Ford. Our aim is to provide the best opportunities for our apprentices across a wide range of work areas.

In January 2018 our sister company Ginger Nut Media were proud recipients of National Highly Commended Small Employer of the Year 2017 for their continued dedication to developing young people through the apprenticeship scheme. But more importantly, are proud to play a part in enabling young people to achieve their potenital; creating a highly skilled, creative and flexible workforce capable of keeping them at the forefront of the digital marketing sector.

Daryl (Daryl Miller HR Project Manager) from Colchester Borough Council said “it has been a privilege to accompany ‘gingernut’ to the National Apprenticeship Awards. They are an excellent training provider and have been really supportive in getting CBCs apprenticeship programme launched in 2017/18.”

We along with Ginger Nut Media plan on continuing and growing the apprenticeship scheme not only within the digital marketing sector, but all sectors across the network.

We were delighted to receive this recognition from City & Guilds due to the high pass rate and number of distinctions at our centre, who provided an “Excellence in EPA delivery” plaque in recognition of our services.

They said “As a result of the high quality and standard of your apprenticeship provision, we would like to present to you and your centre a personalised EPA plaque that you can feature within your training premises.”
