How Ginger Nut Deliver

Our training delivery is based on a blended model of one-to-one sessions, at least every 4 weeks, with group sessions, webinars, online courses, video, and additional support as required. This means that our learners have the guidance they need as well as the flexibility to learn around the requirements of their jobs. We find that this approach reduces disruption for the learners and their line managers giving everyone the best chance of benefitting from the training and completing the course.

To support learning, all learners are given access to LinkedIn Learning, including bespoke channels designed to support their apprenticeship and Perlego, which includes full searchable access to hundreds of thousands of textbooks to support study.

Ginger Nut are an amazing training provider. I learnt so much during the last year and half with the Business admin course. The content and tools provided was very insightful and helpful. My tutor, Zoe, supported me through the entire course, gave me feedback on multiple different areas and she was always available to help with anything I was unsure of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend Ginger Nut training to anyone looking to start an apprenticeship

I have just received the results of my Level 4 Associate Project Management apprenticeship and I’m proud to say that I achieved the highest possible grade of Distinction! Working towards this qualification, whilst doing the day job has been no easy feat but has been incredibly rewarding. Not only have I closed this chapter as a newly qualified Project Manager, but I've also gained a newfound confidence that I will carry with me wherever my future leads me! I have never really conformed to the traditional academic style of learning and had always been put off pursuing any further education beyond what I absolutely had to do. However, having a great teacher who genuinely cared about the subject and the success of their students truly made the whole experience a breeze. A huge thank you to Jag at Ginger Nut Training ❤️

Ginger Nut Training are an amazing company. Since day one, I have been supported fully from the onboarding process to my day to day duties. My tutor is Anna, and I have to say having someone as thoughtful and genuinely interested in my progression as she is really boosts your motivation to do well and push yourself to achieve the best you can at everything. The webinars run by other tutors are also fantastic, thought-provoking and make a great way to keep up with recent happenings across several industries. Keep up the brilliant work, everyone!

Communication is key and Ginger Nut are very good at it! Plenty of help is on offer and although the emails and information can feel a little overwhelming at first, you soon get into the hang of dealing with it. The only barrier is your own motivation, but that's part of distance learning; as long as your employer gives you the time to learn and a place where you won't be disturbed, then it shouldn't be a problem.

Thanks so much for your kind words Ryan. If we can do anything to help please do reach out in the future.
