What Is a Learner Representative?
This includes discussing learner surveys, training delivery, resources, and the overall apprenticeship journey.
Learner Representatives:

Attend quarterly Governors’ Meetings with Ginger Nut Training Governors, Directors, Centre Manager, and other learner representatives.

Typically join the first hour of each meeting (meetings run 5pm–7pm).

Provide input on topics raised during meetings, including learner satisfaction survey results.

Share feedback on the learner journey and day‑to‑day experience of being an apprentice.
- A great experience to add to your CV and future applications.
- Help shape the quality of training for current and future apprentices.
- Ginger Nut Training will donate to a charity of your choice on your behalf for your attendance and contribution.
- Gain experience contributing to professional meetings and decision‑making groups.
